If you require assistance with HPE Sustainability Insight Center API, you can contact HPE GreenLake support.

1. Open the HPE GreenLake Platform Support form.
2. Enter your first name, last name, the company name, and select your preferred contact method.
3. In Support Issue Details, select Dashboard(s) and Monitoring from the What do you need help with? drop-down.
4. Select Sustainability Dashboard.
5. Enter additional details on your issue. Providing further detail helps HPE GreenLake support investigate and resolve your issue efficiently.
6. (Optional) Upload a document or file that gives extra context to your issue.
7. Click Submit. A ticket is raised with HPE GreenLake support.
